At Erha Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Condition: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at erhacollection575@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit (for Cash on Delivery orders).
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during a Clearance Sale or special Eid Promotion are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
