  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp or Email with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times depend on your location. The following are our standard estimates:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 Business Days.

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 Business Days (available in major cities).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • We occasionally offer Free Shipping on orders above a certain value—look out for our current website banners for active promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly through the courier’s website.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

We take full responsibility for our products until they reach your doorstep.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product immediately.

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 3392 221269 within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or solution.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at the time of purchase. Erha Collection is not responsible for deliveries failed due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
